When are you eligible for a refund?

There are a number of instances when you may request a refund:

        ➔ the item is faulty

        ➔ you have received the wrong item

        ➔ the item isn’t true to its description online

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Every cider maker has their own shipping arrangements. In some instances postage may be refunded. Please refer to each product listing for terms and contact us prior to returning the item at helpmeout@theciderlink.com.au

Who is issuing the refund?

The Cider Link is an online craft cider market place and as such provides the platform where cider makers can sell to the public direct. It is the cider makers who provide refunds on items they have sold.
